## Who leads it

Michael Czerniak founded Mission R after two decades in digital product and transformation leadership — five years in automotive, ten years in commercial aviation at AAR Corp, and most recently as Director of Digital Product Development at Berlin Packaging, where he built and scaled onshore and offshore delivery teams.
